Return & Refund Policy

At Luxury Hair Lounge, we take pride in providing premium-quality raw hair extensions and wigs. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless an error has been made on our end or otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their selections, including hair texture, length, lace size, and product details, before completing their purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

● Incorrect lengths, textures, or lace sizes selected by the customer.

● Changes of mind after an order has been placed.

● Hair that has been installed, worn, washed, colored, chemically processed, or altered.

● Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes, except where required by law.

● Customer dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference.

Errors Made by Luxury Hair Lounge

If you receive an incorrect item or there is a verified mistake with your order on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can begin reviewing and resolving the issue.

To submit a claim, please provide:

● Your full name and order number.

● A detailed description of the issue.

● Clear photos or videos showing the item received and the reported error.

All claims are subject to review. If an error on our end is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not return any products without contacting us and receiving return authorization first.

The 48-hour notification period helps us resolve order errors promptly and does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
